SPS Whitney
Whitney is a stunning 16.3 imported 1996 chestnut Hanoverian mare who scored all 8’s and 9’s on her mare performance test with an incredible 8.39 average with 9’s for trot, walk, and rideability, and 8’s for canter and jumping. Her grandsire is the legendary, Weltmeyer, and she is the spitting image of her sire is Wolkenstein II who ranks high in the Hanoverian FN breed values for dressage with a 151. On her dam side are the stallions, Matcho AA who is known for producing outstanding mares, very good temperament and rideablity and is important as a refinement stallion; and the famous Pik Koenig who not only produced very good dressage horses, but is also on the top ten list of jumper producers in Germany. There are at least four generations of states premium mares in her pedigree. She has a very noble head, a beautifully set neck, and great length of leg. She has a good character and loves being a mother. Whitney is also approved by the German Oldenburg Verband for breeding. Whitney’s offspring have great minds and are very trainable. We have kept her daughter, Prada, as Sarah’s riding horse and as a potential broodmare. Whitney is in foal to Pablo again for 2014! We are excited to have a full sibling to Prada.
